How long we keep information

Enquiry Not Proceeding 

Where an enquiry does not progress beyond initial contact, we retain the personal information provided for up to 2 weeks. This allows us to respond appropriately, manage follow‑up clarification, and maintain accurate records of incoming enquiries. After this period, the information is securely deleted.

Active Enquiries and General Correspondence 

For enquiries that progress to ongoing discussions, we retain personal information for up to 12 months following the last correspondence. This ensures continuity of communication, supports audit and quality‑management requirements, and allows us to respond to any subsequent queries relating to the original contact. After 12 months of inactivity, the information is securely deleted.
